Frequently Asked Questions
What primary services do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of services such as: cross-docking, warehousing of imported goods, consolidating, unloading, trucking, ocean freight distribution, cold treatment and customs clearance.
Why is Cold Treatment important?
Imports that fail cold treatment during transit need to be quarantined and kept at cool temperatures to prevent any pest exposure on U.S crops. We are 1 of 2 treatment facilities in the southeast that perform cold treatment on goods coming into the Port of Savannah. We will make sure your product is up to compliance and ready to ship.
What is included in CBP Inspections?
We specialize in Customs and Border Protection (CBP) inspection services for customers whose product has passed cold treatment and needs to be inspected prior to transport. What we offer is a fast and easy alternative to the inspections performed at the Port. We include services that support your product, through drayage, cross-docking, and more. We have worked with importers to provide the examination site for inspections of produce and goods coming into the Port of Savannah.
What are the rates of your services?
Are you licensed and insured?
We are a licensed, insured, and bonded facility certified by Customs and Border Protection.
Why should we work with you?
